Extending lottery reach by adding c.3m new locations in Taxis, Grocery and Petrol/EV charging stations and other appropriate consumer locations throughout China.
Frank is a seasoned technology leader who held senior roles at Oracle China and Portal Software before transforming YWIT into a SaaS provider for the China Welfare Lottery. In 2015, he co-founded Hui10 Inc to lead the digital evolution of China’s lottery industry, drawing on over 20 years of experience in lottery, payments and public sector solutions.
Daniel has lived and worked in China since 1991, with extensive experience across state and private sectors. He co-founded Hui10 Inc in 2015 and led its US$365 million acquisition by IIG plc, securing its pathway to the LSE main market. Daniel oversees strategy, capital markets, and investor relations, combining global insight with deep local expertise.
Yu Qiang has over two decades of experience in China’s national financial and security systems. As a core member of the UnionPay Gold Card and Golden Tax Projects, and co-developer of the country’s first network alarm centre, he brings world-class infrastructure, compliance, and systems expertise to Hui10’s technology backbone.
